Umbrella Necklaces (US $80)
These necklaces get their name from the unique and typically resourceful way we sometimes cure the long beads: on recycled umbrella struts! The designs and colours of these necklaces vary but they all contain some of our elegant umbrella beads. Some of the designs and colours are inspired by our traditional textiles (dakka) and flora. They are very versatile and the longer ones can be easily doubled. No clasps needed and all are strung on high quality microfilament which we import from the US. The necklaces are very light and measures approx. 52” (132 cm) long so they can be worn long or doubled over for a short version. Note that all of these beads are hand made so slight differences from the photo are to be expected.
